Soon to be released:
Victim Number One – A psychological horror/satire about two serial killer wannabes who decide they should practice by kidnapping a Hooters Waitress and dumping her body in the flooded basement of an abandoned Detroit warehouse (ironically enough the setting for this book became the scene of an unsolved death just a two years after this was written!)
Cut Resting Pines – A psychological thriller/satire about a young woman who, after a series of unfortunate events, finds herself committed to Resting Pines Mental Hospital where she realizes that the people on staff have the same mental problems as everyone else, and the only way to get released is not simply to be better, but to lie and figure out their expectations. This book is a character study on the many ways we create our personalities around the avoidance of pain and fear, and the different – usually unhealthy – ways that people cope.
The Muskegon 115 Educational Colouring Book Series – our humble attempt at countering the commercial and religious propaganda that is pushed on our children from the moment they are born. Let kids colour in books that inspire more in them than the desire to buy toys. Our simple, inexpensive books have themes such as ways of looking at the world, paying attention to details and avoiding boredom by using your head, appreciating people’s skills, loving yourself, etc. We also cater to more specific audiences, such as LGBT and tolerance-based books and books that teach critical thinking on scientific, religious and sociological issues. We can be commissioned to create books on any topic so long as it does not contradict our principles. We will also create books for specific children, based on their interests, their pictures, their families etc.

Muskegon 115 Services is pleased to announce The Ferndale 115, an online community paper for the Ferndale, Michigan area. This paper is updated on the first and fifteenth at www.ferndale115.com, and is intended to Inform, Inspire and Unite in the same way that community papers used to do. Readers can also print a pdf version of the paper for free, and we will be using grassroots marketing like crazy to get everyone in the city involved. The demo page is up now, and we plan to launch July 1, 2009 (or sooner depending on how much initial financial support we can drum up).
